Woman in hospital after mustering horse fall on Queensland property

A woman suffered a leg fracture after she fell from her horse while mustering in South West Queensland.

The incident happened on a private property in the Maranoa region on Friday afternoon.

The LifeFlight Surat Gas Aeromedical Service (SGAS) was called in to treat and airlift the injured rider at around 5.30pm.

The rider was flown to a Roma hospital in a stable condition.
