Woman flown to hospital after rolling quad bike in north-western Queensland

A woman was flown to hospital following a quad bike incident in north-west Queensland.

The incident happened on Monday morning.

The LifeFlight rescue chopper was sent to a private property within the Shire of McKinlay at 10:20am.

The LifeFlight team partnered with local QAS paramedics to care for a woman in her 20s with possible spinal injuries.

The woman was later flown to Mount Isa Hospital for additional treatment while in a stable condition.
