Woman dies in lawn mower incident south of Townsville

A woman lost her life in a tragic lawn mower incident in Queensland, marking the second fatal incident of its kind in the state in a week.

The woman, aged in her 40s, sustained severe injuries on a private property in Ayr around 6pm on Monday.

Despite the tireless efforts of paramedics, she sadly did not make it.
