Waikato farmer rescued after being trapped under tractor for hours

A farmer sustained critical injuries after his tractor rolled, pinning him underneath for hours.

Emergency services were called to a rural farm in Waikato on Monday morning to free the man aged in his 60s.

Paramedics stabilised the man at the scene before a rescue chopper airlifted him to Waikato Hospital.
