Victorian company director charged for bullying employees

WorkSafe has filed charges against a former director of a glass company for repeatedly bullying two workers.

The director faces two charges under the Victorian OHS Act for failing to provide a safe working environment.

WorkSafe said “the charges relate to alleged repeated, unreasonable bullying behaviour by the former director at the company's workplace between March 2019 and May 2021.”

The matter will be heard at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 19 April 2023.
