Vic crane driver sentenced for workers compensation fraud

A former crane driver has been sentenced to a 12 month Community Corrections Order for defrauding the Victorian WorkCover scheme.

The crane driver was also ordered to pay restitution of $59,001 and $2,000 in legal costs after pleading guilty to a single count of fraud in the Geelong Magistrates' Court.
