Teen dies from injuries sustained at WA farm

A teenage boy has died in a workplace incident in Western Australia.

The Saturday morning incident happened at a farm in Burakin.

Reports indicate the 17-year-old boy was hit by a loader and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

WorkSafe is investigating the incident.
