South Australia seeks input on draft WHS Amendment Bill

The South Australian Government seeks stakeholder input on the draft Work Health and Safety (Review Recommendations) Amendment Bill 2024.

The draft bill was developed following an independent review of SafeWork SA in 2022.

“The Government has considered the recommendations of the Independent Review and public feedback provided through this consultation process, and now publishes a consultation draft of the Work Health and Safety (Review Recommendations) Amendment Bill 2024,”the SA Government says in a media statement.

Submissions close on Wednesday 7 February 2024.
