SafeWork SA, in conjunction with ReturnToWorkSA, has launched a free training initiative to support South Australian businesses in recognising and addressing psychosocial threats to employee well-being in the workplace.

According to the safety agency, this course spans one to two hours and is structured to equip businesses with the vital ‘knowledge and practical skills needed to prevent harm associated with psychosocial risks in the workplace.’

The program additionally features practical psychosocial case studies to analyse real-world situations from the retail, healthcare, and construction sectors.

At the conclusion of the course, participants gain access to a collection of valuable resources and are awarded a certificate of completion.
