Safe Work Australia's WHS prosecutions dashboard updated to include recent 2024 stats

Safe Work Australia has revised the WHS prosecutions dashboard on its website to incorporate the most recent publicly accessible data from 2024.

Additionally, the federal safety agency has upgraded the dashboard features by introducing a filtering option for data based on industry.

The prosecutions dashboard presents national statistics on criminal prosecutions related to breaches of WHS rules from January 1, 2020, onwards.

Safe Work Australia indicates that the prosecution data may be utilised to inform decisions that enhance WHS results, noting that updates to the WHS prosecutions data dashboard will be made available each year.
