Safe Work Australia’s August newsletter published

The August edition of the Safe Work Australia Quarterly Newsletter has been published.

Safe Work Australia Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Baxter said the newsletter provides insight into Safe Work Australia’s data, how the federal safety agency is innovating to enhance data collection and how this will help improve workplace safety.

“Developing an evidence base to inform WHS and workers’ compensation policy and practice is one of Safe Work Australia’s key functions,” Safe Work Australia Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Baxter said.

“We have been progressing a data improvement project since late 2020 to make our data more useful and accessible and to improve our data communication.”
