Safe Work Australia releases new labour hire case study

Safe Work Australia has recently released a new labour hire case study.

The case study effectively showcases the four model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act principles pertaining to WHS duties and the obligation to engage in consultation, cooperation, and coordination with other duty holders.

The federal safety agency urges workplaces to ‘download the case study to learn how Good Catering and Event Labour manage WHS risks while working at a festival.’
