Safe Work Australia develops WHS consultation checklist

Safe Work Australia has released an updated checklist to help employers meet their WHS consultation duties.

“If you’re a PCBU, you must consult with workers (and any health and safety representatives) and other duty holders to manage WHS risks,” Safe Work Australia said.

The federal safety agency states that this WHS consultation checklist will help employers to ensure arrangements are in place to facilitate ‘effective consultation.’
