Queensland firefighter dies in hospital after factory blaze

A firefighter has died in hospital following a factory blaze south of Brisbane.

The female firefighter was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a serious condition on Tuesday morning.

She died on Tuesday evening.

A second firefighter who was also injured during the blaze remains in hospital in a serious condition.

Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
