Probe launched after worker dies at WA refinery

A worker has passed away at an alumina refinery site in Western Australia.

The worker passed out near a building and was discovered unconscious by a coworker on Tuesday morning.

First aid was provided and emergency services were contacted, but the worker could not be revived.

WorkSafe has been notified.
