One person sustains serious injuries in work-related incident north of Auckland

A person sustained severe injuries due to a workplace incident north of Auckland on Monday afternoon.

The incident on Jackson Crescent in Mahurangi East prompted a call to emergency services at about 3:30pm.

A St John spokesperson reported that an individual was flown to Auckland Hospital due to severe injuries.

WorkSafe said it had been informed and was conducting preliminary investigations.
