Mental health boost for small businesses in Victoria

The Victorian government has upgraded the Workwell Toolkit for Small Business, a free online service with information to promote workplace mental health.

The toolkit provides a step-by-step guide to help small businesses create safe and mentally healthy workplaces

WorkSafe Victoria upgraded the toolkit in response to feedback from key stakeholders, including business owners and leaders.

"The Toolkit was made by occupational health and safety (OHS) professionals and mental health specialists and can be tailored to the user's business size," the Victorian Government said.
