Melbourne worker injured after crane hits power pole

A worker was rushed to hospital after a crane struck a power pole, causing an explosion in Melbourne.

The incident happened on Friday morning.

The crane operator was treated at the scene before being transported to hospital.

WorkSafe has been notified and will investigate the incident.
