Man's leg severed in shocking workplace incident in Sydney

A man has lost his leg in a severe workplace incident in Sydney’s west.

The man, aged in his 70s, had his leg amputated after it became trapped in machinery at Sefton shortly after 8:45pm on Sunday

Paramedics provided treatment to the man at the scene before he was swiftly transported to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.
