Man sustains injuries in farming incident in South Burnett

A man was injured in a tractor-related incident on a rural Queensland property on Sunday.

The LifeFlight helicopter was tasked to a property near Proston just after 8am.

According to LifeFlight, the man, in his sixties, was performing tasks on the farm at the time of the incident.

The patient was treated for suspected multiple injuries by the LifeFlight doctor along with QAS paramedics.

He was later evacuated by air to Toowoomba Hospital, where he was reported to be in stable condition.
