Man sustains injuries from horse

A man was transported to Kingaroy Hospital following an incident with a horse in the South Burnett Region on Friday morning.

Emergency crews responded to a private property in Taabinga around 5:15am.

A spokesperson for QAS confirmed the man in his 70s sustained a head injury.

The man's condition was stable when he was taken to the hospital.
