Man killed in lawnmower incident in rural Queensland

A man was fatally injured when a lawnmower toppled onto him in rural Queensland.

Emergency services were sent to Black Mountain shortly after 8:20am on Saturday due to reports of a traumatic incident.

Reports indicated the man was beneath the lawnmower when it collapsed onto him.

The man sustained critical injuries following the incident.

Police later confirmed the man was pronounced deceased.
