Man injured in motorcycle incident on Queensland farm

The LifeFlight rescue chopper transported a man to hospital after he sustained injuries in a motorcycle incident on a farm in south-east Queensland.

Reports indicate the man in his twenties struck a tree and was later located unconscious by his friends on Saturday morning.

The LifeFlight helicopter landed near the scene at about 9:04am and local paramedics proceeded to convey the patient to the helicopter.

The man was treated at the scene for multiple significant injuries before he was airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital for further treatment.
