Man in critical condition after tragic workplace incident in Sydney

A man is battling for his life following an electric shock sustained during a workplace incident in Sydney.

Emergency services responded to Franklin Street in Malabar at around 8am on Monday following reports of a man sustaining injuries in a work-related incident.

According to reports, the man thought to be in his 30s experienced an electric shock.

SafeWork NSW has been notified.
