Man hospitalised with burn injuries after lawn mower ignites in southern Queensland

A man sustained severe burns when the lawn mower he was operating burst into flames on a private property in Dalby.

The incident occurred at around 6pm on Tuesday, resulting in burns to his torso, groin, arms, and legs.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and described the burns as severe.

The man was transported to Dalby Hospital for urgent medical care.
