Man flown to hospital after farm vehicle crash in south-east Queensland
A man has been injured in a farm vehicle incident in south-east Queensland on Friday morning.
The LifeFlight rescue helicopter landed at the farm in the Bundaberg region at about 11.50am.
LifeFlight said the man was ‘driving down a road to offload a sugar cane haul out truck when it rolled down an embankment and landed in a body of water.’
A bystander assisted in extricating the patient from the vehicle prior to contacting emergency services.
The man in his 50s was attended to at the scene and later airlifted to Bundaberg Hospital, suffering from various injuries.
