Man flown to hospital after bobcat incident in central Queensland

A man in his 50s was flown to the hospital after sustaining injuries in a bobcat-related incident on Sunday afternoon.

At 3:42pm, the LifeFlight rescue helicopter was called to a property in the Gladstone region.

The LifeFlight aeromedical crew partnered with local QAS paramedics to provide treatment for the patient's leg injury.

The man was flown to the LifeFlight Bundaberg facility and then taken by road to Bundaberg Hospital in stable condition.
