Man fatally crushed by forklift at Sydney workplace

A young man was fatally injured when a forklift crushed him in Sydney on Friday morning.

Emergency services arrived in Prestons following reports of a forklift incident at a workplace.

They discovered a man pinned beneath a forklift.

The man, presumed to be in his 20s, was attended to by paramedics but succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

SafeWork NSW is investigating the incident.
