Man electrocuted at Sydney worksite

A man suffered a fatal electrocution at a Sydney workplace last Friday afternoon.

The man was engaged in maintenance work on a building at the time the incident happened.

Emergency services arrived at Billington Place at about 1:30pm.

The attempts of paramedics to save the man proved fruitless, as he succumbed at the scene.

SafeWork NSW inspectors are conducting an investigation into the incident.
