Man discovered deceased at his workplace in rural Queensland

A 24-year-old man has passed away as a result of a workplace incident in rural Queensland.

The man was discovered unconscious with critical injuries at a workplace in Roma at around 2am on Friday morning.

Despite the paramedics' attempts, the man succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

An investigation into the incident is being conducted by Workplace Health and Safety.
