Man dies following incident involving ride-on lawn mower in central Queensland

A man has been killed in a ride-on lawn mower incident in central Queensland.

Police said a 59-year-old man was operating a ride-on mower in the space between the fence line of a property on Lanigans Lane and the Burnett Highway on Sunday morning when the mower overturned.

The man passed away at the scene.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Forensic Crash Unit.
