Man crushed to death by tractor in north Queensland

A man has been killed in a farming incident south of Mackay.

The man was found trapped between a tractor and a tree on Friday.

RACQ CQ Rescue said the man was working on the tractor when he became trapped.

Paramedics attempted to save the man’s life by performing CPR, but he died at the scene.
