Man, 62, fatally crushed by pallet jack at Adelaide workplace

A worker has been killed in an incident involving a pallet jack in Adelaide.

The man was loading various products onto a truck when the pallet jack toppled onto him.

Workers from a nearby business rushed to the scene and freed the man, while paramedics were called to the Croydon Park workplace at around 7.45am on Friday.

Despite their efforts, the man could not be revived and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

SafeWork SA has been informed about the incident and is currently conducting an investigation.
