Investigations launched after workplace death at Perth salt refinery

WorkSafe is investigating a fatal workplace incident at a North Coogee salt refinery.

The safety watchdog said the worker was caught in a conveyor belt on Thursday morning.

WorkSafe WA said, "WorkSafe investigators examine the circumstances of incidents with a view to ensuring compliance and preventing future incidents of a similar nature."
