Horse rider airlifted after fall at Imbil

A rider was flown to hospital after he fell from a horse, in bushland in the Gympie Region on Thursday afternoon.

Paramedics were called to the incident at Imbil just before 1.30 pm.

The man suffered shoulder injuries and was transported to the Sunshine Coast University in a stable condition.
