Getting back to work after an injury- New guidance material for supervisors in small and medium businesses released

Safe Work Australia has published a practical guide for supervisors in small and medium businesses who support injured or ill workers during their return to work journey.

The guide was developed in consultation with the Behavioural Economics Team of the Australian Government.

Safe Work Australia says the guide includes ‘conversation starters, discussion tips and templates for supervisors to use with their workers.’
