Firefighters injured while clearing Melbourne crash site

Two firefighters sustained injuries while clearing a crash scene on a Melbourne Freeway on Thursday night.

The firefighters were called to the scene following a truck rollover.

One firefighter was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital suffering upper body injuries.

The other firefighter did not require hospitalisation.
