Firefighter suffers serious injuries while combating house fire in Bundaberg

One firefighter has sustained serious injuries following a house fire in Bundaberg North.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) said the fire ignited on Barber Street at about 3:30pm on Thursday.

All three residents of the house exited safely and are in stable condition.

Ambulance paramedics confirmed the firie was transported to hospital in a critical condition.
