Fatal workplace incident in Bay of Plenty

One person has been killed in a workplace incident in Bay of Plenty.

Police responded to reports of a workplace incident in Toatoa at about 10.30 am on Monday.

The worker died at the scene, according to police.

WorkSafe has been notified.
