Fatal school-lift incident prompts SafeWork probe

An investigation has been launched by SafeWork NSW following the death of a young boy at a Sydney school on Wednesday.

The 10-year-old boy died after being trapped under a lift in Wahroonga at around 2pm.

Police and emergency services attended and the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
