Express your views on the work health and safety regulatory framework in NSW

The NSW Government is encouraging employers, employees, trade unions, and industry professionals to provide their input on proposed amendments to the Work Health and Safety Regulation.

 The State Government said the Regulation outlines specific rules and requirements intended to enhance the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, addressing aspects such as risk management, workplace procedures, and safety measures relevant to every industry.

Head of SafeWork NSW Trent Curtin said the agency is firmly committed to establishing safe and healthy workplaces in New South Wales.

“I encourage everyone to participate in this consultation to help shape the future of workplace safety regulation in our state” Curtin said.
