Essential energy emphasises the importance of renewable energy during Electricity Safety Week

NSW electricity provider, Essential Energy, has announced that the significance of community safety concerning renewable energy sources will be a central theme during its annual Electricity Safety Week, scheduled for September 2-6.

Electricity Safety Week aims to enhance awareness regarding the dangers linked to electricity and educates students on maintaining safety while interacting with electrical sources both at home and in outdoor environments.

Essential Energy Chief People Officer Amalie Smith highlights that the incorporation of renewable energy sources this year presents an excellent opportunity to enhance public awareness regarding safety measures associated with community batteries and solar farms.
