Entries to the 2022 Safe Work and Return to Work Awards close

Submissions for the 2022 Safe Work and Return to Work Awards are now closed, with winners set to be announced during national Safe Work month in October.

The awards presented by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland feature a category recognising the best response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the award was won by an Australian beef business.

Safety Ambassador and NRL legend Shane Webcke will present the awards.

Industrial Relations Minister Grace Grace said, “there were quality entries across the board last year, and the winners were outstanding. We’re expecting much the same in 2022.”
