Crane operator falls to his death at Perth construction site

A worker was fatally injured after falling from a crane tower in Perth on Friday morning.

Paramedics were called to the incident at Applecross about 7am.

The man was declared dead at the scene after efforts to revive him with CPR failed.

WorkSafe will investigate the incident.
