Construction industry case study published

Safe Work Australia has released a new case study for the construction industry.

The case study explains how the four model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act principles apply to WHS duties.

Safe Work Australia said, “This case study illustrates four key principles that apply to all WHS duties in the model WHS Act and the duty to consult, cooperate and coordinate with other duty holders.”

In August, Safe Work Australia published case studies for the outsourcing and franchising industries.
