Comcare creates toolkit for preventing workplace bullying

The national work health and safety authority, Comcare, has collaborated with Edith Cowan University to create a toolkit that helps workplaces evaluate their ability to prevent workplace bullying.

"Participants called it ‘A robust approach to guide solutions to a complex problem’ and ‘A helpful and informative way to provide tailored solutions’," Comcare said.

"We are currently reviewing the evaluation findings to refine the Toolkit and support its broader release to workplaces in the future."
