Auckland man killed in workplace incident

A man has died in an incident at an Auckland workplace.

Paramedics were called to the scene on Tuesday afternoon following reports of a fatal workplace incident.

The man died after reportedly being crushed by timber at a construction site in Onehunga.

Police also attended the scene.

WorkSafe NZ will investigate the incident.
