National Safe Work Month 2023 Promotion: Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Eligibility: To redeem this promotion, customers must meet the following criteria:

    • Customers must make a valid purchase of a Management System product from SafetyDocs by SafetyCulture website during the Promotion Period (Tuesday 3rd October 2023 12:00am AEST - Tuesday 31st October 2023 11:59pm AEST).

    • Customers must add the chosen Management System and a maximum of four (4) individual SWMS to their cart during the checkout process.

    • Customers must enter the coupon code "NSWM2023" during checkout to apply the promotion. SWMS must be in the cart as part of the checkout.

  2. Coupon Code Usage: The coupon code "NSWM2023" is valid only during the Promotion Period. It cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.

  3. SWMS Value Packs: SWMS Value Packs are not included in this promotion. The promotion applies only to individual SWMS.

  4. SWMS Selection: Customers are eligible to receive a maximum of four (4) SWMS for free for each eligible Management System product purchased. The selection of SWMS is subject to availability and may be limited to specific documents offered by SafetyDocs by SafetyCulture.

  5. Expiry Date: This promotion expires at Tuesday, 31st October 2023, 11:59 PM AEST, and all coupon codes associated with it will no longer be valid for use after this date.

  6. Limited Time Offer: This promotion is a limited-time offer and may be terminated or modified by SafetyDocs by SafetyCulture at any time without prior notice.

  7. No Exchange of Free SWMS: The free SWMS obtained through this promotion hold no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged.
