Farm injury leads to airlift

A man has been airlifted to hospital after he was trapped by a truck tray in the Western Downs.

The incident happened on Friday afternoon.

Toowoomba's RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to the property at 2:15 pm.

The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue aeromedical team assisted Queensland Ambulance paramedics to treat the man aged in his 60s.

He was flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition, suffering an upper limb injury.
